What is the relation between poverty and health?
In this website we talk about the different factors that intervene in the relation between poverty and health. We talk about the health problems that arise from poverty. We demonstrate our interest in our reader´s opinion.
We decided to make this website specifically about this topic because is one of our biggest nowadays concerns, we think it deserves the needed attention it must have, while it doesn’t.
We included a survey to check about the different perspectives the young sector of society has; we made questions that required an argument answer, to see the cause of their point of view. Argumentation was required because since we live in such a diverse society points of view vary and it is interesting to get to know about other´s perspectives. We made graphs to demonstrate the diverse answers we had in the survey.
In order to create this website and know about the topic as best as we could we made an exhaustive research, which included different authors which are experts on our topic. We have mentioned them and described their works and specialization.
Healing the world team is conformed by a group of researchers with different aspirations, carreers and characteristics, whose purpose is to analyze the causes of poverty and the aspects related to these, in this case, health and how it affects the population.
In order to find approachable solutions suitable to each population.
We have to make consciousness.
